PM Blend
A smooth mellow blend, this is a wonderful all-day coffee. Marrying the tangy citrus flavours of beans from the Tarrazu mountains in Costa Rica with the fruit flavours of coffee from the Andes in Colombia, and you get a coffee that is a wonderful rich, smooth experience. Throw the ‘droolingly good’ PNG beans, with their comforting aromas of caramelized roast vegetables into the mix, and you have a coffee for any time of day or night. Add to that, that 5 Senses pays more than the daily posted premium for PNG beans, which means money from the coffee goes directly back into the community, and you know that the Direct Trade portion of this blend is contributing to developing another community.

Cupping Notes
On imbibing a cup of the delicious PM blend, you’re greeted by wonderful aromas of dried fruit and citrus, accompanied by tantalizing hints of timber. Drenched in honey and caramel, this blend is a sensory feast. These flavours are followed by a welcoming bright citrus acidity, which mellows out to a truly pleasant sweetness. The PM blend has a delicate, smooth mouthfeel and body, allowing for a great cup, however it’s served. It’s quite bright through espresso with an almost marmalade flavour, and a long lasting, rich aftertaste. The initially sweet caramels fade into a dry nutty mouthfeel. All in all, it’s incredibly moreish! Come back for more.
